Initial Consultation – Finding Your Balance Point Are you looking to make some changes in your life and you don’t know where to start? Perhaps you haven’t been feeling your best, have mysterious (or not so mysterious!) symptoms and you just don’t know what to do or how to do it. Food choices may be a mystery to you – after all, it can be confusing at the best of times, never mind when you are not feeling 100 percent.
This session is 60-90 minutes where we will discuss what’s on your mind (or in your body), any past health issues, family history, stress habits – to name just a few! Health and balance is determined by many factors, so it’s important to information gather when we can. I promise you I am a very good listener.
In order to be most effective, I would ask you to fill out my client intake form and send it to me at no later than the night before our appointment.
Following our session, I will provide you with written recommendations/suggestions/tips for going forward to increased health.
Wellness Package This session is for anyone who might be working with a specific chronic condition or diagnosis and you are frustrated, confused, and need some extended support. Some examples of conditions that clients have come to me about are: weight loss and/or gain, adrenal fatigue, menopausal problems, cancer, pre-diabetes, allergies, IBS, fibromyalgia – just to name a few.
The package includes: 2 x 60 minute sessions and 1 x 90 minute session. Support via email in between sessions as necessary. By committing to these sessions, we have a chance to really delve into some strategies to help you start to identify food and diet suggestions to support you and your body.
From these sessions, I will provide you with personalized recommendations based on Nutri-Body Assessment tool I use, Food Guidelines, supplement suggestions, recipes and menu planning ideas. Most importantly, I hope you come away with a renewed interest in eating wonderful, healthy food that will help you to feel happier and motivated in your life.
